Flexible Learning EXperiences (FLEX) Project
At Renton Technical College (RTC), FLEX is an acronym for Flexible Learning Experiences. FLEX courses are designed with an active learning instructional model and are supported by familiar technologies such as Canvas and Zoom. The FLEX modality empowers students to move toward success no matter what life events come their way and it promotes flexibility in learning on multiple levels leading students toward a more personalized learning experience. Join Yun to learn more about RTC’s student choice modality that allows students to decide on any given day whether to attend class in-person, virtually, or asynchronously – with little or no difference in their learning.
