How do I access the conference?
Click the link in your registration confirmation email to enter the conference lobby. Select “Sessions” and choose the appropriate room for Day 1 or Day 2 sessions.
Where can I find the live stream option?
We didn’t end up needing to livestream for overflow. If your campus purchased institutional registration, please use your campus email address to authenticate and fill out our online sign-up/registration form in Zoom Events. Upon receiving your confirmation email, you will be able to join the conference. Please contact Alissa Sells at asells@sbctc.edu with Zoom Events registration questions.
When and where is WACC 2025?
WACC 2025 is February 25th & 26th. The conference is fully online this year and will be hosted in Zoom Events by Seattle Colleges.

Can I buy a ticket to just one of the two days for this conference?
There’s no need to purchase a ticket this year unless your campus did not purchasing an institutional registration. If that’s the case, no worries, we’ve got you covered with $99 individual tickets.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds are available this year, however, you can transfer your ticket to another individual.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes! If you find you cannot attend, please email Sue Riddle at sriddle@olympic.edu with “WACC 2025 Ticket Transfer” in the subject line to let us know who you’d like to transfer your registration/ticket to, their full name, their college affiliation, their college role, and their best email.

Which nearby hotels are recommended and is there a conference code to get a discount for blocked off rooms?
There’s no need to book a room this year because the conference is virtual, so you can sit back in your pj’s and enjoy the learning.
What meals will be provided and what’s on the menu?
You tell us because the conference is virtual this year, so you’ll be enjoying whatever culinary masterpieces you decide to make! We recommend having a ready supply of your favorite beverages and snacks on hand.
Where can I park and how much will it cost?
Parking is free in your very own driveway for this fully online conference!
Is anyone carpooling?
No carpools needed!
