When and where is ATL + WACC 2026?
ATL + WACC 2026 is April 29th – May 1st. The conference is fully online this year and will be hosted in Zoom Events by SBCTC.
Why did the conferences merge?
Planning a statewide conference takes significant time and resources. Merging ATL and WACC lets us pool effort, lower costs, reduce attendance barriers, and strengthen connection across our system.

When does Institutional Registration open and close?
Institutional Registration closed on March 11th! One low price, limited paperwork, and an easy online payment mean registering your entire campus couldn’t be easier.

How can I sign-up and RSVP for the conference?
If you’re part of the SBCTC system, your campus purchased institutional registration. Please follow the steps below to RSVP and save your seat..

Can I buy a ticket to just one of the two days for this conference?
This is an all or nothing event, but there’s no need to purchase individual tickets this year! All campuses are registered and participant sign-ups are open, so please use your campus email address to authenticate and fill out the ATL + WACC 2026 Zoom Events form to RSVP.

If you cannot get into the lobby, please contact Alissa Sells at asells@sbctc.edu with WACC Virtual Support in the subject line of your message and please include as much detail as possible about the issue.
How do I access the conference?
Use your campus email address to authenticate and fill out the ATL + WACC 2026 Zoom Events form to RSVP.
Click the Join link in your registration confirmation email to enter the conference Lobby. Select the Sessions tab and choose the room for the session you wish to attend.
How do I access Zoom Events?
All campuses are registered and participant sign-ups are open, so please use your campus email address to authenticate and fill out the ATL + WACC 2026 Zoom Events form to RSVP.
- Upon receiving your confirmation email, you will be able to join the Lobby and check out the Sessions tab. Be sure to bookmark sessions of interest and build your itinerary in Zoom Events (available April 1st).

Which nearby hotels are recommended and is there a conference code to get a discount for blocked off rooms?
There’s no need to book a room this year because the conference is 100% virtual, so you can sit back in your pj’s and enjoy the learning.
What meals will be provided and what’s on the menu?
You tell us because the conference is virtual again this year, so you’ll be enjoying whatever culinary masterpieces you decide to make! We recommend having a ready supply of your favorite beverages and snacks on hand.
