Join us for the third webinar in the series featuring the ELC 2021-22 Connie Broughton Innovation in eLearning Award winner, Stephanie Bartlett from Shoreline Community College.

  • Wednesday, March 9th

Designing for Academic Integrity: From Honorlock to Honor Code

“Designing for Academic Integrity: From Honorlock to Honor Code” represents a framework for transparently modeling values of academic honor and integrity in online courses. Honor Codes have existed for decades, and the concept of creating a climate of trust is a goal in most classes.  Join Stephanie to learn how her approach to Designing for Academic Integrity blends universal ideas of trust, honesty, and transparency into a grounded pedagogical framework and how her integrated approach draws students into the creation of the classroom culture as they learn about academic integrity while developing a personal honor code that is used to establish classroom norms.
